Job Description

Oorja Protonics is a rapidly growing fuel cell company in Fremont, California. We are seeking full time Mechanical Engineer for design of our Fuel Cell Systems.

 


Requirements:

  • 4-year degree required, Graduate degree a plus
  • Focus on fluid flow and thermal analysis
  • Solidworks experience preferred
  • Floworks experience required
  • FEA experience a plus
  • Must have analytical background
  • Fuel Cell experience a plus


 
Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Engineering and Testing groups to develop test plans.
  • Develop analytical models based on information available.
  • Analyze aspects of fuel cell system through numerical tools and CFD.
  • Process data and present results in reports or presentations
  • Support design development through Solidworks modeling and/or with other mechanical engineers.

Honda Performance Development, Inc., a leader in motorsports racing, is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Aerodynamics Engineer to join its Racing program in Santa Clarita, Ca.

Responsibilities include assisting in developing and utilizing tools and techniques to optimize the aerodynamic performance of chassis components. The position will require heavy traveling to the wind tunnel tests, race team shops, races, track tests, and vendor visits.

Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Masters Degree preferred with some experience with wind tunnel testing. Must have 3-5 years experience utilizing CFD and CAD, evaluation, signoff, and implementation procedures for development racing components and previous scale wind tunnel model with associated jigs & fixture development experience. Previous race car with aerodynamic ground effects engineering experience; technical report writing and project management experience preferred.
